Nutrition Therapy Associates, Inc. (NTA) has been serving San Antonio, Texas since 1995. NTA is a group of Registered and Licensed Dietitians that provide nutrition counseling and consulting services for adults and children throughout south-central Texas.  The City of San Antonio Head Start Program has collaborated with NTA for more than 10 years to provide quality nutrition related services to staff, children, and families. The mission of NTA is to help individuals improve their health through optimal nutrition and physical fitness. NTA is ready to help parents/guardians with children enrolled in our program with a variety of concerns including weight management, diabetes, cholesterol managements, nutrition during pregnancy, pediatric nutrition, or simply healthy eating.
